Short version: you may use the Rizzable app for personal use, you agree there is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users, and you can report and block anyone.
This End User License Agreement is between you and Jaimy Koorndijk (sole trader trading as Rizzable, Rivierenpark 19, 4535 EJ Terneuzen, the Netherlands, not a visiting address; support@rizzable.eu, +31 6 14375271), who offers the Rizzable app. It applies alongside the Terms of Service and the Community Guidelines. If you download Rizzable from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where this EULA and Apple’s terms differ for the App Store version, the rules below on Apple take precedence.
1. Licence
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Rizzable app on devices you own or control, for personal and non-commercial use, in line with the store’s usage rules. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell the app, scrape it, or use bots or automated access, except where the law expressly allows it.
2. No tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users
By using Rizzable you agree not to post objectionable content and not to abuse other users. Objectionable content includes anything listed as not allowed in the Community Guidelines, such as harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, content involving minors in any harmful way, scams and spam.
Rizzable has tools to keep the community safe: a report option on profiles, moments, plans, circles and messages, the ability to block any user, separation between teens and adults, and moderation by a person. We aim to review reports of objectionable content within 24 hours, remove the content and remove the user who posted it where appropriate.
3. Content and accounts
You are responsible for your content and your account. We may remove content or suspend or end accounts that break this EULA, the Terms or the Community Guidelines, as described in the Terms.
4. Updates
We may update the app through the stores and through signed updates delivered from our own server. Some updates may be needed to keep using Rizzable safely.
5. Apple-specific terms
- This EULA is between you and the provider of Rizzable, not Apple. The provider, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. Questions go to support@rizzable.eu.
- If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
- The provider, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and claims under consumer protection, privacy or similar laws.
- If a third party claims that the app or your use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, the provider, not Apple, is responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of that claim.
- You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- You must follow applicable third-party terms when using the app.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and, once you accept it, may enforce it against you.
6. Google Play
If you download Rizzable from Google Play, Google Play’s Terms of Service also apply to the download and to any Plus purchase. Google is not a party to this EULA and is not responsible for the app.
7. Ending the licence
The licence ends when you delete your account and the app, or when we end your access under the Terms. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as liability, continue to apply.
