Short version: report illegal content in the app or by email to support@rizzable.eu. Authorities and users use the same address. A person reviews every notice and you hear what we decided.
Rizzable is an online platform under the EU Digital Services Act (DSA, Regulation (EU) 2022/2065). This page lists our points of contact and explains how to report illegal content, how we decide and how you can object.
1. Who provides Rizzable
Rizzable is provided by Jaimy Koorndijk, sole trader, trading as Rizzable. Postal address: Rivierenpark 19, 4535 EJ Terneuzen, the Netherlands (not a visiting address: please do not drop by, all contact goes by email). Email: support@rizzable.eu. Phone: +31 6 14375271. Rizzable has no legal representative outside the Netherlands because it is established in the EU.
Single point of contact for users (art. 12 DSA): support@rizzable.eu, in Dutch or English. You can also report content in the app. Contact goes by email; the postal address is not a visiting address.
2. Point of contact for authorities (art. 11 DSA)
Member State authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services can reach us electronically at support@rizzable.eu. Please put “DSA – authority” in the subject line. We accept communication in Dutch and English.
3. Point of contact for users (art. 12 DSA)
Users can contact us directly and quickly by email at support@rizzable.eu, in Dutch or English. You are always answered by a person, not a chatbot. Inside the app you can also use the report option on any profile, moment, plan, circle or message.
4. Reporting illegal content (art. 16 DSA)
Logged-in users can report content in the app. Anyone, including people without an account, can send a notice to support@rizzable.eu with the subject “DSA notice”. To help us act quickly, include:
- why you believe the content is illegal, and which law it breaks if you know;
- where it is: the username, the name of the plan or circle, a screenshot, and the date and time;
- your name and email address (not needed if you report child sexual abuse material or other offences listed in article 16(2)(c) DSA);
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the information in your notice is accurate and complete.
We confirm receipt, review the notice carefully, objectively and in a timely way, and tell you what we decided and how you can object. We do not use automated decision-making for notices. If content may also breach our Community Guidelines, we review it against those as well.
5. How we decide and tell you why (art. 17 DSA)
Every decision is made by a person. Reports that involve a teen or a safety risk are handled first; notices from trusted flaggers designated under the DSA also get priority. Possible measures are removing content, a warning, a temporary suspension or a permanent ban.
If we restrict your content or account, you receive a statement of reasons in the app: what we decided, which facts we relied on, whether it is based on a law or on our terms, that no automated decision was used, and how to seek redress. If we suspend or ban an account, we also send this statement to the account’s email address.
If we become aware of information that gives rise to a suspicion of a criminal offence involving a threat to someone’s life or safety, we inform the police or other competent authorities (art. 18 DSA).
6. Objecting to a decision
You can ask us to review a moderation decision, or our decision not to act on your notice, within 6 months by emailing support@rizzable.eu with the subject “Appeal”. A person reviews it again, where possible someone who was not involved in the first decision, and we tell you the outcome without undue delay.
You can also turn to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body. The European Commission keeps a list of certified bodies on its Digital Services Act website. You can always go to court. Complaints about our DSA compliance can be filed with the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM), the Dutch Digital Services Coordinator.
7. Terms, ranking and protection of minors
Our rules for content and moderation are in the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. How Discover, plans and the feed are sorted is explained in section 6 of the Terms; Rizzable Plus never changes the order. Rizzable shows no advertising. Teens (13–17) get private defaults and are kept separate from adults, as described in the Privacy Policy and the Safety Center. We don’t use dark patterns: cancelling, deleting your account and saying no are as easy as saying yes.
8. Number of users
Rizzable is a small, independent service. On request we provide the Dutch Digital Services Coordinator and the European Commission with the average number of monthly active users in the EU (art. 24(3) DSA).
